What to Expect in Group Coaching (a.k.a. Yes, It’s Okay to Be in Pajamas)
Group coaching isn’t about sitting in a circle awkwardly oversharing while someone judges your snacks. It’s a gently facilitated, cozy, zero-pressure space where you get to learn, explore, and connect, all at your own pace (and yes, cameras off is always an option).
Each week, we’ll dig into a theme that actually matters to our neurodivergent brains — like masking, burnout, boundaries, capacity, or how to stop being mean to yourself just because you missed a deadline. I’ll guide us through compassionate convos, offer helpful context for what’s happening in your brain and body, and share strategies that actually work (no toxic positivity, no unrealistic to-do lists, no “just try waking up earlier” nonsense).
You can expect:
✨ Facilitated group chats that are equal parts deep, silly, and validating
🧠 Context and insight into why your brain works the way it does (and how to work with it)
🛠 Practical strategies that are gentle, doable, and designed for real-life chaos
💛 A safety-first space where you’re never too much or not enough
😂 Humour and humanity, because we heal better when we can laugh a little too
🤝 A community of folks who will fist-bump your progress and hold space when it’s hard
There’s no pressure to share more than you want, show up “perfectly,” or pretend to have it all together. Come as you are, messy hair, tender heart, overloaded brain and all.
This is a space where your full self is not just welcomed, it’s the whole damn point.
Why Work with Beau?
Because this isn’t just another coaching program — it’s a real, messy, joyful space created by someone who truly gets it. Beau isn’t here to give you cookie-cutter advice or pretend to have all the answers. Instead, she shows up authentically, with warmth, humour, and a deep understanding of what it means to live neurodivergently.
As one participant put it:
“I just really really appreciate what you do. It makes me feel so much less like an alien walking amongst a strange species to see you talk about things I also experience. I always thought I was different in a drastic but indescribable way, and didn’t know I wasn’t as alone as I thought I was until I realized my neurodivergence.”
Another shared:
“Beau is such a warm ray of sunshine! Thanks for creating such a special group and facilitating uplifting chats.”
Beau’s approach is down-to-earth and full of heart:
“She’s the first coach I’ve found that doesn’t take themselves too seriously and really understands the struggles that are audhd.”
“She’s amazing! I love learning from Beau. She shows up as herself every day, even though I’m sure some days are harder than others. She’s authentic, kind, and CARES about her clients.”
Plus, she’s helped families and individuals alike:
“She is amazing and has completely changed the course of our family for the better.”
If you’re ready for a coach who meets you where you are — no masks, no pretense, just genuine connection and support — then Beau and the Chaos Circle are waiting for you.
Quick Terms: Group coaching is a safe space for members, and trust is important. By joining the group you are committing to holding space for others and keeping their stories private. Beacuse of the nature of group coaching we cannot record sessions, so if you’re unable to attend Beau will share any resources from the session in an email, but cannot send a recorded session or replace the missed time.

The plan
Week 1: Connection First
We'll kick things off by grounding into the space together. Expect intros (don’t worry, you can share as much or as little as you want), some group agreements, and a big sigh of relief that you’re not the only one who feels like three raccoons in a trench coat.
Week 2: Masking & The Myth of Being “Too Much”
We’ll explore some of the ways we’ve learned to hide ourselves to survive and how to start gently letting go of that mask. Bring your stories, your weariness, and your inner weird kid. They’re welcome here.
Week 3: Understanding Capacity
This week is all about building awareness of your real (not imagined) capacity, understanding burnout, and not shaming yourself when you hit a wall. Because yes, rest is also revolutionary.
Week 4: Untangling Expectations
Whose expectations are you carrying? Your own? Someone else’s? Society’s? This week, we’ll dive into the baffling invisible weight of expectations—how they show up, how they influence our choices, and what happens when we start to release the ones that don’t serve us.
Week 5: Self-Compassion for Chaotic Brains
Let’s talk about how to stop bullying yourself into functioning. This week is about self-talk, nervous system kindness, and how to be a soft place to land (even when you left the laundry in the washer for 3 days again).
Week 6: Wrapping It Up
We’ll wrap up by celebrating what you’ve learned, who you’ve become, and how far you’ve come. Expect a few happy tears, some reflection prompts, and maybe a little group “YAY YOU” moment.
